Fundamentals of Management

     People say that even if you perform very well, sooner or later you become a manager. Most people in managing positions have not graduated from Harvard or Oxford. Still, hey have to manage people and processes, often in a complex competitive environment.

     Our course is intended to fill some of the gaps in the theoretical knowledge of practicing managers by presenting the fundamental management concepts,  supporting them in structuring their intuitive understanding of management functions, and presenting some of the key management tools.
